Swimming for me is more than just a hobby. I don’t just love swimming, I live it. My life choices are centred around swimming, centred around pushing my limits and finding something more challenging than the last. However, what started as a personal journey to reach my own goals, became a pathway to helping others less fortunate than myself.

So, in July, I will be swimming the channel as part of a relay team.
We are raising money for Aspire, a charity that supports people who have been paralysed by spinal cord injury - a cause much greater than myself.
