As you may or may not be aware like the majority of people I have had my ups and downs with regards to personal losses and health over the years and I have been fortunate enough to have friends and family around me who have supported and been there for me during these challenging times and will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done xx

Well after embarking on a new challenge and a long process involving heats all over the country and beyond including Blackpool, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bristol and Hampshire, I am proud to say that I have made it into the official Dance Floor Heroes Final 12. As many of you will be aware this has been part of a huge personal journey and also this is far from my comfort zone, but all for a fab cause! This will involve an evening of non stop entertainment all to raise awareness for mental and physical health and fundraise for Tias Crown on Friday 24th February 2023 at the Empress Ballroom, Winter Gardens in Blackpool. I have been paired with a professional dance partner (Megan Reeves) who certainly has her work cut out, to turn this flat footed, energetic, slightly uncoordinated and non musical person into a dancer in a short period of time #miraclesdohappen 🙂 

An incredible presenting team and live singer have already been announced and confirmed for the event including Flavia Cacace-Mistry who is known for being a Pro and Champion on BBC Strictly Come Dancing, a former Strictly Pro and It Takes Two Panellist Ian Waite, along with Shane Nolan and live singer Passmore, as well as an all star judging panel 🙂
