Ali and I have signed ourselves up to take on the Meningitis Now Lake District Challenge.  We need to raise a minimum of £1,200 between us, before October, when we will tackle eight peaks across just two days.  

The challenge will see us summit the peaks of Skiddaw, Helvellyn, Hellvellyn Lowe man, Symonds Knott, Scafell Pike, Broad Crag and Ill Crag -  all above 3000 ft.

Any donation you can make, no matter the size, will be deeply appreciated! The funds we raise will go towards Meningitis Now's incredible support and aftercare services.

Having worked for the charity over a 14 year time span, I have seen first hand, the positive difference our services make to those who have experienced the trauma and devastation of meningitis.  I can also say that as a charity, Meningitis Now really does makes every penny count.
