Me, my wife (Emma) and her family will be running the 10k London winter run in February for cancer research UK 

Those of you who know me would agree I wasn’t “built for running” so this will be a challenge for me and all on our team...

But I’m not doing this for me....

Cancer is horrendous and effects 1 in 2 of us 

I have personally seen it rip family’s hearts in half but also seen it bring them together ! 

I have lost one auntie far too young to it and a very close family friend, but also have had another auntie beat it!! 💪🏼

All thanks to combined effort with charities like Cancer research and our NHS 

I have never done anything like this before...But I am especially doing this run for my mother in law Jen.. who was diagnosed with cancer in 2017.

She has been through all the treatments needed.

I have never met such a Positive women!!

From the day she told us she was convinced she was going to fight it and positive all the way through.. not once have I heard her.. moan.. whinge.. or complain about ANYTHING... she is an inspiration to every single cancer patient  and survivor out there
