To celebrate 230 years since the Company was founded, our colleagues around the world are raising money for the WHSmith Charitable Trust which helps support lifelong learning in the communities we serve, and the charities that matter to our people.

Story

As part of our fundraising activity in celebration of 230 years since the Company was founded, our team, 'William Henry's Walking Wonders' will be taking part in WHSmith’s Big 230km Walk which will see ten teams walking 23km on Friday 16th September! We have committed to raise a minimum of £1,000 for our amazing Company charity, the WH Smith Group Charitable Trust, and we need your support!

The WHSmith Trust (registered charity no.1013782) makes a positive difference in the communities WHSmith colleagues live and work. The Trust also funds three main causes which include: large scale literacy projects across the UK through our partner the National Literacy Trust; donations to local schools to fund books and other literacy resources; and employee nominated charities.

Thank you for your support!
