The wonderful couple in the photograph is Joan and Del Lewis. On December 23rd 2016 Del, our amazing dad/grandad/great grandad passed away from Vascular Dementia. Words cannot express how much his passing has affected us as a family. We would love to tell you all about our "Del Lewis" as he really was the most wonderful man.

Grandad was loved and respected by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him, he was one of lifes true gentleman who loved and cared for his family all of his life. Grandad had the most infectious personality and was so much fun to be around he was definitely a bit cheeky! you can tell that from his photograph above, he always had us, and anyone that cared for him in stitches. As his children, grandchildren and great children we have learnt so much from him, what we have learnt will stay in our hearts forever.   

Please help us to reach our target and smash it if we can. Every penny counts and could provide support to someone who is feeling isolated or overwhelmed by Dementia either as a carer or someone who suffers with Dementia.
