Hello all,

Thanks for visiting William's fundraising page. William is going to attempt to walk 5k around Birmingham's Botanical Gardens as part of the "Great Strides" campaign for CF.  This is a long walk for a 2 year old so Mum, Dad, Grandma and Uncle Tom will be on hand to encourage William!  As the actual distance of the walk is 9k Mum and Dad will give William a well deserved rest for the the final 4k by pushing him along in his pushchair.

William has Cystic Fibrosis. His life expecancy at birth was only 31 years. The CF Trust spend most of their funds on gene therapy research which, it is hoped, will extend life expectancies of those with CF and one day even lead to a cure.
