This Saturday I am cycling 30 miles in Norfolk and my brother Fred will be cycling 15 miles (Fred is determined to cycle 30 but mum and dad think no!).  This is the first time Freddie will join the longer bike ride and we are both looking forward to it. 

We are riding to support the Frank Haines Memorial Trust.The FHMT was set up in memory of Frank who died running the Connemarathon in Ireland on 26th March 2006. Frank lived in Tower Hamlets. The trust supports 3 brilliant charities working with young people in the borough: Newark Youth, Switchback and Splash.  

Please support us, it will be great fun but very tiring!
