Batchworth Golfers do the Longest Day Golf Challenge

Story
Right guys, who wants to sponsor me? I dont usually do much for charity apart from shell out a few quid here and there in sponsorship. So now is the time to return the favour!
You all know i enjoy the odd round of golf.... The Longest Day challenge is to complete 72 holes in one day! For the non golferes that's 4 rounds. Carrying an 18kg bag and walking all the rounds. Works out to be around 16 miles, if i hit the ball in a straight line, which i dont!
Myself and 3 others will be completing this task Batchworth Park Golf Course, Rickmansworth on the 22nd June 2012 (one of the longest days of the year). The timing will be tight, but we are planning in teeing off at sunrise (05.30) and completing the challenge at sun set (21.30). It would be good to see a few of you pop down to see us drive off or trudge up the 18th after 72 holes and join us in the 19th for a well earned beer.
