I'm taking part in the Mens Coast to Coast Challenge to raise money for the Hospice at Home. From first hand experience I can say that the Hospice at Home nurses provide exellent palliative care in the home for cancer patients. They provide essential support for families at a very difficult time. Please support this extremely worthwhile cause.
