Story

On Sunday 14th May 2023 I will be running the Rob Burrow's Leeds Marathon in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association and the Taylor Family.

And I need all your help (and donations) to get me through a challenging 26.2 miles.

Running isn't my thing and until this point the furthest I have knowingly run is 10km but I've always thought I would run one marathon in my lifetime for the right cause...

...well here it is!

In the words of the legendary Kevin Sinfield, I am going to RUN FOR A MATE, WITH A MATE. #RunForAMateWithAMate

Last summer one of my best mates lost his mum because of this cruel disease. A disease that was relatively unknown and misunderstood until the great work of the Late great Doddle Weir and Rugby League legend Rob Burrow's brought it to the attention of the UK through their amazing campaigning and sharing their stories.

I want to do my little bit and support a great friend on his fundraising-marathon adventure and how better to do this than join him!

So please donate and support all of us running for #TeamMummyJu
