Story

Friend and I are doing the West Highland Way self sufficient ⛺️ no accommodation/transfers - for SAMH which is 96 miles at the end of October. Any donations would be highly appreciated for this great cause, it has effected almost all of us or someone we know. We are aiming to complete this within five days should we cover twenty miles per day.

Please if you are suffering speak up and speak out, you are not alone. Below is multiple charities within the UK that can help in times of crisis, please use them. Your family and friends would rather be by your side than your grave side. You are loved and appreciated more than you will ever know.
