Chiltern 100 · 1 June 2014 ·

Arthur Rank Hospice Charity supports people in Cambridgeshire living with an advanced serious illness or other life-limiting condition and those who need end-of-life care. Its ‘Outstanding’ services are provided free of charge to patients and their families to help make every moment count.

Story

On June the 1st I will be taking part in the Chiltern 100 Sportive, which involves cycling 110 miles through the Chilterns. I am told they have something called 'hills' there.

I am hoping to raise £500 for the Arthur Rank Hospice, which does amazing and essential work caring for the terminally ill.

I will be cycling in memory of Lionel Shelford who enjoyed a good cycle ride too.
