Story

Gordy,William and Graham are attempting the 3 peak challenge on the 29th May 2010.

The challenge involves starting at the foot of the highest peak in Scotland; Ben Nevis at 5pm that night and hopefully finishing the climb and being back at the bottom of the mountain by approximately 10pm.

Next is the drive to Scafell Pike which takes around 7 hours, once there the climb of the highest peak in England will commence around 5am. This climb will take around 5 hours and includes some of the more treacherous pathways to the top.

Once completed the last leg of the journey begins in the 3 hour drive to Wales to scale the Welsh peak of Snowdon - the highest in that country. This climb takes around 4 hours and will take the grand total to 24 hours.

This is an intensely difficult challenge and we would be grateful for any donations which will go towards the charity Scottish Sports Futures - for more please see www.scottishsportsfutures.org.uk.
