On June 1st 2014 I will be taking part in the PruHealth world triathlon in Hyde Park. The race consists of a 1.5k Swim, 36.5k Cycle and a 10k run. It has been on my to do list for a while and with the help of a little competitiveness between friends we decided to sign up. 

I will be swimming, cycling and running on behalf of Marie Curie Cancer Care. Marie Curie provides high quality nursing, entirely free, providing people with terminal illnesses the choice of dying at home. They run nine Hospices across the UK offering free specialist care for patients and support for families. They also conduct palliative care research.
