I am friends with the charity manager at Oscars PBTC. Phil is incredibly passionate about the work the charity are doing and research projects they are trying to fund. He told me about how the charity started, which was gut wrenching to hear and i just wanted to help where I could.

By trade I am a mortgage and insurance adviser so I often hear of peoples troubles, whether financially or with past medical conditions and we want to make sure people can be as secure as they can be.

I spoke with the business owner about the charity and to cut a long story short we made Oscars our charity of the year. We are trying to raise as much as possible over the course of the year through various different events. The first being the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge, which we as a company are sponsoring.
