Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Life is a very valuable thing, diminished in no part by longevity.

Shooting Star CHASE is a hospice charity that helps life limited children and their families make the most of every valuable second. They take over where the National Health Service leaves off, Aside from the care they give directly in their children’s hospices and in the young peoples own homes, they provide simple day to day help like over coming the challenge of finding nursery care so parents can continue to work, they also provide a whole range of services like emergency support, respite care and bereavement counseling for parents and siblings. By being there for these families in the worst of times they provide a real opportunity for the whole family to make most of the best of times.

I'm so grateful to have the chance to run this half marathon and with your support we can help these families to chase these precious shooting stars.
