Story
Donna lost her sister to breast cancer and lived through breast cancer treatment herself. My sister Lynne lives with a terminal breast cancer diagnosis and has regular chemotherapy. My husband had proton beam therapy last year for a tumour in his eye. I’m sure we all live with cancer whether it’s us, our family or friends. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
Please help us raise awareness and support the research to beat it.
For Cancer Research MySwimathon we are having a fortnight of Walking, Talking and Douking between Friday 3rd September and Sunday 19th September. Our swimming venues? As many lochs as we can around our beautiful Perthshire area.
Please support us by donating. Or if you would like, by joining us for a walk and talk, or a walk, talk and swim. Whatever suits you.
We will work on the itinerary but lochs to include Clunie, Marlee, Rotmell, Ordie, Lintrathen, Brandy, Beanie, Callater……..
Watch this space for dates, times and outdoor swimming advice.
