We provide expert care and support to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

Thanks for visiting our Just Giving page.

Our charity football tournament this year will be raising funds for The Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity in West End, Southampton.

The Countess Mountbatten Hospice Charity works in partnership with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust to fund specialist palliative care services for patients with life-limiting illnesses, under the care of
 Countess Mountbatten House.

They provide palliative care services to people affected by
life-limiting illnesses, including – but not only – cancer, and support
for their families and loved ones.

Our target is to raise £1,000 - Barclays Bank have very kindly agreed to match every pound we raise!
