Story
I've created this page in memory of my son Whelan Ziegelmayer. Whelan was a beautiful soul who loved being outdoors. He considered his time in wilderness therapy to be one of the most meaningful experiences in his too short life. He spoke often about how he wanted to return to Utah and work in the program. We chose to raise funds for Sky's the Limit Fund (STLF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization because STLF helped make Whelan's wilderness therapy possible. STLF helps make these programs accessible to families who cannot afford it and provides coaching services to guide families during the transition home. I'm inspired by the work of STLF and I'm reaching out to you to support my effort in raising awareness and needed funds. Together, we can educate others and stress the importance of making this transformative experience accessible to all youth and young adults in crisis.
