Someone at work suggested doing the Norwich bike ride - being a keen optimist (oh yeah that'll be easy) I took up the challenge of biking around my fave city - I forgot at the time that I am probably the World's most unfit person and the only thing I should be sponsored doing is sitting on the sofa or (at a push) being quiet for 24 hours - nonetheless I said yes and whilst it might kill me it's all for charity - I like to think that if my ticker deicded to fail me on the way it's the pioneering work done by BHF over the years that will kick start it back into action so I can finish alive and well.

Remember peeps it's not just about turning up on the day it is the work and effort that goes into making it to the start line - and you're not just sponsoring me you are sponsoring a whole team of lovelies and supporting many many folk far and wide!  Thank you x
