Story

My self and the SIA South West Legal Partners, Trethowans and RWK Goodman are taking on the Superhero Triathlon to help raise vital funds for the Spinal Injuries Association.

James from Trethowans will be starting us off with the 750m swin, Ian from RWK Goodman will be tackling the 20k bike ride and ill be sending it home with the 5k push!

There are around 50,000 people living with a spinal cord injury (SCI) in the UK, and approximately 2,500 people sustain or acquire a spinal cord injury each year. That's one person every eight hours!

SIA support SCI people and their families through their regional support coordinators, specialist SCI nurses, support line and counselling service, as well providing advocacy, continued healthcare (CHC) advice and campaigning for change.

Not only do i have a T3 complete SCI and also work for the SIA, they have also helped me through out my journey as a SCI person. Without them to lend a helping hand when needed it might have been a lot different.

Please sponsor me and the team, so that they can continue and expand this life changing work. Thank you!
