Story
Welcome to the group fundraising page for those participating in the Sunday 10 December '60k in a Day' and '10-10-10' Challenges for the Charity Walking With The Wounded and their 2017 Walking Home For Christmas campaign.

Those taking on the full '60k' along with Simon will be added here as they volunteer their legs. Those taking part in the 60k in a Day are: Simon Johnson; David Sabine
Those joining the '60k in a Day' walk for various stages are Cath Johnson; Roxy Johnson; Gary & Shannon Byrne; Gerrard Byrne; Shelley Flanagan; Sharon Usher; Marie McGee; Andy Farrell other names to be added as people sign-up.
Those joining the '60k in a Day' route at 10am on 10th and walking 10k (the '10-10-10' Challenge) are: Ian Davenport; Ian Pringle; Stephen Lee; Darren Sutton. names to be added.
Arguably, the biggest part of this day are those joining the '10-10-10 Challenge' wherever they are around the 'UK or The World' who will start their 10k walk at 10am on 10 December are: Chris Holmes (Spain); James Close (Norwich): JJ Adams (Germany); Chris Thomas (South Wales); Kate & Ken Johnson (Costwolds); Chris & Jane Johnson (India); Sally Birkhead (Yorkshire); J Grant (Ireland); Sam Phillips (Cornwall)other names to follow
All of the participants will be looking to add to the fundraising total and will have called upon your support to donate because like them, you care about our veterans through the charity Walking With The Wounded and any of the participants can donate as little or as much as they can, but make sure you leave a message to the walker you are donating towards.
You can learn more about the charity by visiting their web pages. On behalf of Walking With The Wounded and everyone taking part on Sunday 10 December a HUGE - THANK YOU!
