We fund the best neurological research to improve the lives of those affected.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Brain Research (BRT) funds pioneering clinical research at University College London's world-renowned Institute of Neurology (IoN).

To date, having given over £40 million to the IoN to help finance their various research programmes, the BRT can continue to investigate neurological conditions close to us all, from Parkinson's to Alzheimers Disease.

To help in our own little way, Chris and I decided to have a crack at this years Virgin London Triathlon; starting with a 1.5km Swim, then a gruelling 40km Cycle, finishing with a 10km Run.

Training has so far been pretty brutal. A particular lowlight was getting heckled by some OAP's for wearing wetsuits in the Serpentine!
