The guide dog service receives no government funding and depends entirely upon public support. It costs £5 per day to support each working guide dog partnership and the lifetime cost of a guide dog is around £50,000

Our local volunteer group in Wetherby try to raise awareness and funds to help support the Guide Dogs. The Mascot Gold Cup is just one of our events in 2013, but possibly one of our most fun!
