Our aim is to improve the quality of life of people in West Surrey who are living with MND and their families too. We provide much needed help and emotional support through our trained association visitors and support groups. We also help to fund special equipment which assists people to live as independently as possible. This is only possible through fundraising events and donations from the generous public.  You can help us to continue this work by your kind donation and all monies donated will come to the branch.
