Story

8 members of the Lidl Weston-Super-Mare Property Team, all shapes and sizes, will be embarking on a challenge to climb the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, within just 24 hours. Massive credit also to Tony from the Maintenance team who will be providing the much needed motivation from the drivers seat and kipping in a van for the weekend.

We will travel up from WSM in a hot sweaty minibus together for 9 hours to the base of Ben Nevis where we will begin our challenge at 17:00 on Friday 8th June. We will aim to conquer Ben Nevis, a 4,409 ft climb, and be back to the van within 5 hours. Our sweaty minibus then takes us on a 6 hour journey to Scafell Pike in the Lake District for a 4am 3,209 ft climb. 4 hours later we're back in the van and heading across to Snowdon in North Wales. Another 3,560 ft of mountain to ascend, and descend, and we plan to be in a pub for 17:00 Saturday 9th June.

Please give what you can for a great cause or just wish us good luck. Looking around the group we're going to need it!

Thank you. Weston Property
