Hello!

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Any donations are greatly appreciated as they will help me in my goal to raise as much as possible for Cancer Research UK. In the past few months I have come to realize that throwing away cut hair every 7 months is a huge waste - so why not make a wig for a child facing Cancer?

6 years ago, my Auntie sadly passed away from breast Cancer. She, like by Mum and Nan, had a head of beautiful red hair which was lost in the Chemotherapy treatment. With today's unfortunate circumstances, many young children must face the same agonizing treatment and must also lose their hair. It is therefore my aim to grow my own hair to a length which can be cut and hopefully used to make a wig for a child facing Cancer.

The hair donation will go to the Little Princess Trust, which provides wigs to children suffering from Cancer in the UK and Ireland. However, as hair donations can not always be used, I am also aiming to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK.
