Fundraising for ActionAid
Story
As you are probably aware, each year The Park Federation raises money for Action Aid. Action Aid is a charity that works with women and children worldwide to end poverty and injustice. More information can be found here: https://www.actionaid.org.uk/
We do not currently know how badly or how many of our families have been affected by the current economic situation and therefore cannot predict how much we may be able to raise through the children's contributions. As such, this year we will also be asking for contributions from colleagues - we have been fortunate enough to stay in fully paid work and hopefully managed to save a little whilst under lockdown.
