As most of you know i have suffered with Crohns disease for a very long time now and feel very strongly about doing my bit to help others out there fighting this debilitating nasty disease. Simon and I will be taking part in a charity walk that is starting at London’s Victoria Embankment Gardens on May 8th 2010 . We are also walking it with Lynne and Andy . I met Lynne in Hospital and we have become very good friends with a lot in common.

All the help and support you can give will be greatly received.

Keep an eye out for some pictures on facebook and a total of what was raised after the event.
