Every year I take part in Race for Life and this will be my 9th year of raising money for Cancer Research.  This year Sharon & Jessica are joining the team and we're hoping to raise over £400 which is the target we've set.

We all know someone who has been affected by this disease and it seems to be everywhere you turn.  That's why by raising money into the research we can help people live longer and one day maybe even a cure.  It would be easy to write an epic story about the Big C but why bother when we know about it already and how it changes peoples lives.

All we need you to do is spare us a little cash and sponsor us to get round, it really helps if we beat our target and gives us that extra motivation.

If you're local and can't spare the cash maybe you can spare the time and come and watch - it's an amazing day and you'll never see so much pink in one place again!!!
