I'm raising money for SoLO because they do an amazing job, my brother Simon has been going to their open door club on Wednesday evenings for years and he loves it! I have self funded the trip so every penny raised goes directly to SoLO.

I've chosen a tough challenge, Kilimanjaro is the highest free standing mountain in the world, reaching 5895m, it will take 5 days to reach the summit and 2 days to descend, camping along the way (no showers or toilets ahhhh)

I will be treking through rainforest, moorland, desert, snow and ice for 6-7 hours a day and then 12 hours on summit day, enduring all 4 seasons, 30 degrees centigrade down to -20 degrees.
