With a small group of friends, I am participating through Peak Tours to cycle across France 800 miles from Caen to Nice over 14 days with an average of approximately 4000ft per day. I have chosen to do this for Prostate Cancer as my husband had this dreadful cancer which is not recognised enough and so many men died from it. Russell was lucky enough to have caught it in time thanks to the Live Full Monty on TV in 2018 which encouraged him just to go get checked at the Doctors and thank goodness he did as, if left any longer it would of spread throughout his body. I would just like to point out he had no symptoms, so I can't stress enough how important it is for men to be checked regularly which firstly is only a blood test at your own doctors. He was one of the lucky ones but so many men are not. I am hoping this will help to get the word out there to more men and help find a cure.
