Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have worked for Headway Hurstwood Park for just over 5 years and I have learnt a lot in that time about how devastating brain injury can be.  It can happen in seconds and can impact on all areas of an individual's life: physical, mental and emotional affecting not just the individual but their whole family. 

Medical science has improved amazingly in the last 30 years to keep more people alive after brain injury.  Help us give them quality to that life; for their future and that of their family.

About the campaign

About the charity

We support those affected by brain injury in East Sussex. This can be natural causes such as a stroke or an accident. We offer emotional reassurance, rehabilitation and respite both at our Newick centre and in the community. This includes family and friends as well as the individual.
