After two years of COVID cancellations we are excited to be able to participate again in the Superhero Tri Sprint team relay race at Eton Dorney on Saturday 20th August.  This time Jem will be doing the 150m swim, Wendy the 3km bike ride and for the most important final leg Sam will be wheeling the 1km push/run.  It is an amazing event which involves everyone in whatever way they can to participate in sport.

We are once again raising funds for CMT Teens and Kids - this is a fantastic group which provides activity weekends and virtual get togethers for children and young adults with CMT.  But more than this Sam has made many friends through the group who understand the challenges he faces and who support each other.  They rely completely on charitable donations.
