As most of you will know Alzheimer's is close to my heart, as Richard was diagnosed in 2005. It is a cruel disease and more money needs to be spent on research and support for sufferers and the carers, family and friends of those with the disease. I am running the Manchester 10K for Richard and to raise awareness and much needed money for everyone who has Alzheimer's and other dementia.
