In case you don't know, I chose Parkinson's UK as my Charity because I was diagnosed with Parkinson's on 23rd June 2002. 

Subsequently I discovered that it is a progressively disabling condition which, as yet, has no cure, and there are 120,000 of us living with it in the UK. In fact every hour someone is told they have Parkinson's.

As you can see from my photographs, I am not depressed by this knowledge although it is a common symptom of the disease. I have a wonderful family, with ten beautiful, intelligent and talented grandchildren. So no time or energy for being glum. But I'm one of the lucky ones, and that's why I'm asking you to help me by sponsoring my free-falling, flying, fabulous foolishness in July.
