For all of us, life as we know it has changed and we have all got to get used to making a few adjustments for a while. In the meantime, we need to be kind to each other and appreciate what we have and do what we can to make small differences. I am attempting to hike 100Km in a day around my garden to raise money in support of the NHS. They helped me when I was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and they help each and everyone of us throughout our lifetimes. This is my way of saying a huge thank you to them all. You are superheroes.
