Story
I'm taking on the Samaritans challenge of yoga everyday in November to help make sure there's someone there for anyone who needs someone.
In addition to stepping on my mat every day in November for me, I am making one of my yoga class each week in November a charity donation class. No payment will be taken for attending the class, but I am requesting you make a donation, no matter how small, to support the fundraiser. Charity classes as follows -
Thursday 3rd November - beginners yoga
Monday 7th November - vinyasa yoga
Tuesday 15th November - yoga for all
Wednesday 23rd November - restorative yoga
Whatever you donate, it means a lot to me and could answer the call for help that saves someones life.
I've included more information about Samaritans and their lifesaving work below.Thank you
Every seven seconds, Samaritans answer a call for help. We're here, day or night, for anyone who's struggling to cope, who needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans is not only for the moment of crisis, we're taking action to prevent the crisis. We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others.Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy, and Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide. That's why we work tirelessly to reach more people and make suicide prevention a priority.
