Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Members of the Leagrave Weight Watchers group decided to celebrate their success of loosing weight by taking part in the 5k Color Obstical Rush 2016 at Milton Keynes Willen Lake on the 4th June. This is going to be a massive achievement for us all! Whilst deciding to do this we thought we would raise some money for the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre who save lives every day at the Mount Vernon hospital using scanning equipment to detect abnormalities. As you can imagine this is a very expensive procedure and each scan costs money. This particular centre has been used by some of our members or members families so it is close to our hearts! Any contribution will go a long way to support this fantastic centre!

Many thanks

 Weight Watchers Warriors xx
