WEC Group has been supporting the East Lancashire Hospice over the years and we have chosen them as our Charity of the Year for 2019-2020 in memory of a couple of our staff members who sadly passed away recently and were cared for by the Hospice.

The East Lancs Hospice is a great local charity which provide support to local people suffering from life-limiting illnesses and they need all the support they can get.

We are taking part in their Corporate Fundraising Challenge and some of our scheduled fundraising activities include:

• Race for Life 2019 (June 2019)
• Bake Sale (July 2019)
• Corporate Golf Day (July 2019)
• Sponsored Walk (August 2019 - date to be confirmed)
• Tough Mudder (September 2019)

We welcome suggestions as to what other fundraising activities / events we can take part on!
