We all know someone or have family or friends affected with cancer and we at Waterford City Fire Service want to show our support to the Irish Cancer Society who are dedicated to supporting  cancer research, cancer prevention campaigns and its supporting services.

We will attempt to climb the 5 highest mountains in the UK and Ireland in under 48hrs including all travel. 

Mt Snowdon in Wales 1085m 

Scafell Pike in England 978m 

Ben Nevis  in Scotland 1345m 

Slieve Donard in Co. Down 849m 

and finish in Carrauntoohill Co. Kerry 1038m
