Story

My Mum Helen Stewart died on September 11th 2012 after a two year fight with Ovarian Cancer. Shortly after my Mum died I ran the Berlin and Madrid 1/2 Marathons  in memory of my Mum and in support of Target Ovarian Cancer. In November I turned 50 and to mark this special occasion I decided that it was time for a greater challenge.  In January I will be running the Windsor - Eton Dorney 1/2 Marathon followed by one 1/2 Marathon a month including Barcelona in February, Paris in March and Berlin in April all in support of Target Ovarian Cancer.

All donations are very much appreciated and I know your support and kindness will help me achieve my personal goal of completing these races as well as raising money for this great charity.

As an added incentive I will give 6 bottles of wine to the person who correctly predicts my fastest 1/2 Marathon time out of the 14 I plan to run. After donating just put a predicted time in your message e.g. 1hr 45mins 56secs and the closest to my fastest time will win the wine. (Closing date for predictions 30 June)

Once again Many thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
