Earlier this year a friend of mine, Neal Bradshaw, was diagnosed with Testicular cancer. Because of the great work that Cancer Research carries out, he was one of the lucky ones and he was cured.

As some way of thanks, we have decided to raise as much money as possible for Cancer research to help make sure that there are more and more good-news stories like this.

As a group of friends, we all love hill walking. So as an incentive for you to help us in our quest, we have decided to do the 'Welsh 3000s' challenge on July 19th 2013 .
