I'm doing it again. This will be my fifth parachute jump raising money for people with a learning disability and their families in Wales. This year will be my 25th anniversary of working for Mencap and my 30th working with people with a learning disability and their families in Wales. We are fundraising to pay for our work to make Wales the best place to live if you have a learning disability or are a family carer. We've got a growing group of brave citizens joining me in the jump. I've paid for the jump myself so if you could help us raise some extra cash that would be amazing. I know it's tough at the moment and budgets are tight, but anything you could spare would be lush, I know it will be used well. Diolch o galon for anything you can give.
