I am Running the great north run 2019 in September to support children and their family’s who have to take time out of play time with friends and work life to provide caring for their Families it’s a hard life watching someone you know first hand a little girl watching her take care of her mam and relying on friends to help do certain tasks she can’t do so this year I have donated my time in training for this wonderful cause if you can just spare a little time thinking this could happen to anyone one of us and what would we do.
