Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and more importantly donating.

As I go into my 50th I have signed up to run the London 2024 Marathon and 2 weeks before that the London Lamdmark Half marathon both raising money for Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Terry, my father-in-law sadly passed away in 2022 and a big part of his untimely death was because of Alzheimer’s.

It is such a horrible disease and that I feel compelled to run to raise money for this worthwhile cause in the hope that one day there will be more effective ways in treating it.

Most of us know someone who has a family member or friend that is or has been affected by Alzheimer’s and therefore know what a huge impact this can have on a family’s life.

Every donation you make takes us a step closer to hopefully finding a cure.

I hope therefore that you will support me in raising money for Alzheimer’s Research.
