Sage House in Tangmere is a Dementia Support hub where we support people living with dementia and their families and carers.

The three of us work as part of the Wayfinding Team and we
provide advice, emotional support and guidance.

We are not runners but want to raise money for our charity,
as well as highlight the amazing service we all provide.

Much of our service is offered free, and to provide it we
rely on fundraising, so please support us!
