Professional Climber and Patron of Wave 105 Cash for Kids, Rhys Jones and Wave 105 MD Martin Ball are taking a team of 10 people on a gruelling trip to climb Kilimanjaro this 10 day trip will be one of the toughest trips these guys have every done!!

On summit day they will leave at midnight from Barafu Camp (Barafu meaning Ice in Swalili) it is extremely cold and at this altitude the air is noticeably thin!! (19,340 ft/ 5,896m) this is the steepest and most demanding part of the mountain!! and the toughest day of the whole trip. Once they have reached the top at Sunset they then have to face the tough decent back down the mountain!!!
