***Update*** - It is with great sadness that I have to let you know that my Dad passed away on Monday 6th February 2012 as a result of a massive brain haemorrhage - I'll be thinking about him all the way round Arthurs seat - every step xxx
Previous posting:-
As many of you already know my fabulous Dad has been diagnosed with Leukaemia and starts his chemo this very night. Not being able to offer any practical help, Fred and I thought we would do the next best thing by raising cash for Macmillan Cancer Support by running the 5k as part of next May's Edinburgh Marathon Festival.
For those of you who know us well it will indeed be a challenge - me being at least 5 stone overweight, asthmatic and lazy and Fred the constant student, ALWAYS studying will have to run and read at the same time.

Susan and Fred (& Innes who will be our trainer on his bike, like Rocky) xxx
